Health always add great value to ones life. health is more about feeling good, energize, and pick balanced meals. We should have a keen look at our eating habits and must be concern about health. WHAT TO EAT to live healthy life is a million dollar question. With the change in environment we should modify our eating habits. Good eateries always emphasizes fruits, veggies, dairy and meat.

Here we are sharing some tips for healthy eating

  1. First and the most important is try to limit the intake of processed food in your diet.
  2. Choose a variety of foods from each food group: vegetables, fruits, whole grain, lean proteins and healthy fats.
  3. Make sure to include fiber rich foods in your diet.
  4.  Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated.
  5. Plan your meals before to avoid making unhealthy choices at hunger.
  6. Don't skip your breakfast 
  7. Make your habit to exercise regularly.
  8. Take at least a fruit in a day or have a bowl of your favorite fruit daily.
  9. Include variety of protein like eggs, poultry, meat, seafood, nuts and seeds.
  10. Include milk and yogurt to your diet dairy products give you many health benefits.
Remember don't deprive yourself  from the food you love, Add convenient nutrients to fulfill your cravings. limit the high calories and take them in less portion or once in a week.
