To strengthen your natural eye vision, I am suggesting you these simple tips to follow:
- Enhance your vision by getting vitamin rich food especially vitamin A, C and E. leafy vegetable, carrot, strawberry and oranges are all good source of these vitamins.
- Protect your eyes from dust and direct sun light by wearing sunglasses.
- Regular exercise will keep the blood circulation and oxygen supply to the eye.
- Give rest to your eye muscles by getting enough sleep.
- Drink water as much as you can, it will keep your eye naturally hydrated.
- Avoid using computer or any screen for long hours.
- Good hygiene practice reduces the risk of eye infection.
- Smoking can badly harm your eye, kick off such bad habits.
- Don't forget to remove eye makeup before bed.
- Get your regular eye checkup to get rid of eyesight issues.
