- Nurture your hair with organic sources such as using egg and yogurt mask is rich in protein.
- Some of the nutrients like biotin and omega promote hair growth and shine. lentils are good source of Biotin.
- Include vitamin rich fruits and vegetable in your diet. VITAMIN C, VITAMIN B6, B12 and FOLATE will boost health of your hair.
- Wash your hair with good shampoo, make sure that it has ingredients according to your hair type.
- Brushing your hair before wash will ease you to get tangle free hair.
- Don't wash your hair frequently it will dry your hair.
- Apply conditioner from tip to length of your hair at least for few minutes, avoid using on scalp.
- Oil massage once or twice a weak will provide good strength and help your hair to grow long.
- Use oil serum to protect heat from styling tools and shield your hair from sun damage(UV RAYS).
- Trim your hair for at least couple of month to get rid of split ends.
