Healthy nails says lots about your good health. Definitely you want your hands appear more youthful and for that it's important to take good care of them.

Nails are composed of coated protein called KERATIN. These layers of keratin runs from the base of your nail called cuticle.

  • For nutritional boost add PROTEIN to your diet such as lean poultry, fish and beef.

  • VITAMIN C increases the strength of your nail by producing high collagen. Fruits such as kiwi and berries are high source of vitamin C.

  • Cracked nails can be the cause of iron deficiency, if you feel so ask your doctor for IRON SUPPLEMENTS.

  • Discoloration or pale nail can be an indication of serious illness.

  • To prevent bacterial growth, WASH your hands and  keep your nail DRY and CLEAN.

  • Keep your nail short and clean to practice a GOOD HYGIENE.

  • Don't BITE your nail this will damage the nail bed.

  • CLEAN your cuticles gently.

  • Avoid wearing socks and packed shoe for TOO LONG.
