Multiple factors are playing role in poor mental health such as social pressure, trauma, abuse, work stress, interpersonal connections, physical disability and family history of mental health. These stressful conditions leads to anxiety then agitation, frustration and then to self harm and it's important to consider and address these issues in our society.
One of the best thing to adapt by every individual is power of mind, this is the best way to manage stress. The time when you realize that you are deviated from the right path is the actual spot when you make decision to change the track and reshape your personality in a positive aspect and bring self esteem to your character.
Nature gifted every human with this most powerful capacity to arouse healthy soul and mind. This inspiring individual is the ray of hope for others and has positives energy to emit for the world.
