Improving Sleep

Good sleep is the most important part of your routine to get optimal health. It is a natural process that restores our body and power our brain. Your brain can not function properly, if you are not taking enough sleep. Healthy lifestyle habits can help to regulates your sleep cycle at night.  It is obviously observed that during our busy work schedules, most of us who wants to freshen up will get sleep for little or longer as per need.

Now a days sleep deprivation is a common problem. Due to lack of sleep your brain and body struggles a lot and will lead to mental health problem

You can improve your sleep by having such good habits: 

  • Try to take dinner earlier at evening.

  • It will be more good to walk for at least 15 minutes after dinner.

  • Try to maintain natural sleep cycle (circadian cycle). Be consistent to your sleep and wakening time regularly.

  • Avoid using caffeine containing products late at night like tea, coffee, chocolate, soda and other energy drinks.

  • Turn off the bright lights earlier before heading to the bed.

  • longer naps during daytime will disrupt sleep at night.

  • To ensure long term health issues, try to avoid poor sleep by keep your room clean, quiet and relaxing.

  • Relax your mind with good thoughts.

  • If you have any sleep disorder? consult your doctor and start taking supplement sooner.

  • Improve your bedding with good quality mattress and pillow.
